Dustin Go is a seasoned government relations and land use consultant with over seven years of experience in real estate development and project management. As an Associate at The Santa Maria Group, Dustin spearheaded numerous high-profile projects, focusing on affordable housing initiatives and expertly navigating complex zoning and regulatory landscapes.
Dustin has a proven track record of managing entitlement processes for multi-unit housing developments, collaborating with architects, attorneys, engineers, and city officials to ensure compliance and meet critical project milestones. His contributions have been pivotal in the success of award-winning projects like the 122-unit Senior Affordable Housing development on Washington Boulevard. In 2024, Dustin founded DGRE Consulting to expand his vision and offer specialized services in real estate consulting, project management, and government relations. Building on his deep understanding of municipal codes and development processes, he is committed to helping clients achieve exceptional outcomes.
A graduate of California State University of Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Dustin continues to combine his technical expertise with a passion for fostering impactfuldevelopment projects.
